Returns & Exchanges

At Cotton Candy LA, we want you to love your new style, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
